Last night was my fourth yoga class. Sadly, Jeremy didn’t join me. He was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday (my entire family is sick!!! *aaaah*) but still did his 11 mile run and it totally wiped him out. So I excused his absence ;) but I missed him.
I never thought I’d ever say this, but I really enjoy yoga. I can already tell that I’m getting stronger and better at the poses, which is a neat NSV.
And it’s been GREAT for my hip flexors! I’m pretty tight & sore in that area most of the time and none of the “end of class stretches” we do in my other classes come anywhere close to hitting those. Not deep enough, anyway. But last night I was having trouble holding in the groans of relief. It felt soooo goooood. :)
I would add another yoga class to my schedule if I had the time…
