It doesn’t have to be absolute torture!
IF YOU HATE YOUR WORKOUT, YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG.
Dudes. We do enough things we hate on a daily basis. Errands, responsibilities, homework, taxes, cleaning the toilet. Your workout should not be included in that list. That’s offensive to basically every person and business in the fitness industry. Because if you’re still toiling away on a crappy stairmaster in a rundown gym (UNLESS you LOVE the stairmaster and then we’re all for it!), you’re probably also still using a flip phone and wearing MC Hammer pants. Get with it!! Find a workout that inspires you. Find a workout you enjoy. Find a workout you love that loves you back. Chances are you are no more than a short walk, subway or drive to 10+ cool and crazy workout classes, studios and experiences in your neighborhood or town you’ve never tried. Get in there! This whole fitness thing should be something that’s AWESOME. And nothing less. So shop around. And find your SWEATstyle stat. Your life depends on it.
**NOTE: I did not say find an EASY workout. I said, find one that pumps you up, makes you want to sweat for hours and moves some serious booty.
