Well that's a new one.
Me: *weighing Bella the Shih Tzu* She's 16lbs...that means she's gained 4lbs since we last saw her!
Client: It's muscle. She's on a new special all natural food that builds muscle mass.
Me: *suppressing laughter* Ok...how much of that food is she getting?
Client: She only eats once a day.
Me: Right, but how much do you give her at eat meal?
Client: Not that much!
Me: Well we might want to cut back on it just a bit...a 4lb gain is a lot for a little dog...
Client: *getting defensive* She's NOT fat. It's muscle!
Me: *getting annoyed* Did you do a doggy BMI test on her?

Zumba-jacks.

I've missed 2 Monday Zumba classes in a row.
(bad roads/late at work one week, out of town the next)
And knowing Janefer (favorite Zumba instructor #1!) she’s probably changed 80% of her set list. LOL She’s always switching it up! Which I love, but man whenever I miss a few classes I feel completely in the dark. :^o
And - *sad face* - my Mom is feeling sickly so she’s skipping tonight. Won’t be nearly as much fun...

My sis is watching the Zumba Fitness concert too (she’s not even into Zumba but she’s finding it entertaining!) and we’re live chatting comments back and forth on Facebook. She just said “This is WAY more entertaining than the Super Bowl. ;O)” Heck yeah!

Dark chocolate.
